STEP 1 > Deliver Your Logs
You can deliver your logs to us in one of two ways. You can deliver digital scans
of the logs for us to process electronically. Or, you can deliver the original log
documents to us for us to scan and audit.
STEP 2 > Log In
Each of your team members will be provided with a unique user account. This allows
management to review what reports were generated, when they were generated, and
who ran the reports. Use the Log In form at the top right of the page (pictured
below) to access our secure application server.
NOTE: Your Username and Password should be kept secure at all times. Don't even
share your own security information with other employees to ensure that you are
only accountable for your own log reporting activity.
STEP 3 > Generate Reports
Only data from processed logs are available for reports. Your logs will be available
online 24-72 hours after you've delivered them to the Log Pro offices. Once you
are logged in you may then access your audited log data for reporting. The primary
audited log generation form is shown below.
From this page you can adjust the settings to generate any of the Log Pro standard
reports or your customized reports. To run a report first select the report that
you would like to run. They are listed on the left with descriptions, and are selected
by clicking the circular 'radio' form field next to the report name. See below.

Once you've select the report you wish to run you now have several options to adjust
exactly how your data is output. You can choose a date range, how to break up the
published pages, and what violations you would like included in the report.
Believe it or not, you are almost done. We subscribe to the idea that simple-to-use
versatility is the best way to make a complex system enjoyable.
At this point you can filter your results by Compay, Region, Terminal, Group, Manager
or Driver.
After making your selection click the Generate Report button for your report conversion
to PDF to initiate.
Give the system time to complete the data processing. You will be presented with
the PDF document through the browser when the server is finish parsing the data.
In some browsers you will be able to view the PDF within the browser window, but
sometimes you will have the option to (or be required to) save the PDF document
to your preferred downloads folder for viewing, sharing, or storing.
The nicest part about working with Log Pro is that our team really cares about saving
you time, money and making sure you are finding our system useful and simple for
your business. If you have questions or concerns, just pick up the phone and call
us. We'll be happy to discuss your unique situation with you.
